Thrilled to be hand delivering these today for a customer who wanted two! We're honoured to have two of our pieces adorn their walls. KISS and a custom horizontal CANE- both 36x48" ✨️ 😍

All the time. Anytime. But especially on your birthday. @jesbusch, you make everything better. Everything. You are the best friend everyone deserves and the sister I didn’t know to wish for. 12 years of loving you madly and still can’t imagine my days without you - in all of them. Happy birthday 🎁

FINALLY! Bringing my love of boxing 🥊 & Pilates together LIVE on the @alalignemethod platform ✨

Starting next Wednesday you can find me 12pm on zoom for $10 drop in (free for members) **link in bio

🥊 Can’t make that time? I will send you the recording.

🥊 Never boxed before? Don’t worry I got you. All levels welcomed.

🙏🏼 Never done Pilates? Don’t worry. We focus on very fundamental moves to connect our core to our breath and engage it in all our combos and HIIT exercises.

Also! If you have a bag at home or a pad partner feel free to follow along.

Expect to sweat! And connect!

(PS how cute are @tarengrewall & @katiemckenziemvmt in this video)

This class has deep meaning for me. Learning to find myself again pre & post natal through movement - a re-education , an unlearning to re-learn, that slowing down did not make me weak but actually facilitated me finding strength within myself I never knew existed.

For all those seeking that space, this one’s for you.

Fall colours at Third Chapter House

Thanks to our amazing client @jesbusch for snapping this shot and sending it our way! I can't get enough of that glooooorious tree!! 🍁🍂🍂 nor the warm Fall light. I also love Vinny the pup taking a little rest in that sun beam. A perfect pic!

If you scroll way back in our instagram history you will see a photo we took of the tree when we kicked off the project. This view was always in our mind as we designed the living spaces.

Have a great long weekend everyone!

And I call this little vignette: "You can't go wrong with a black penny round tile" 🖤🖤🖤

Our clients found the perfect ceramics for this little shelf.
