Tremors är ett experimentellt och feministiskt scenkonstverk i gränslandet mellan dans, fysisk teater och performancekonst. Regissören Jennifer Löfgren och ensemblen undersöker hur det känns att leva i en kropp som ständigt riskerar att bli betraktad, bedömd och exponerad. Att vilja vara nära andra människor men känna sig fel eller otillräcklig.

Föreställningen framförs på svenska, engelska, franska, spanska, finska och grekiska.

Sedan industrialismen har människans ekonomiska och teknologiska framfart – även kallad “The Great Acceleration”, påskyndat klimatförändringen och ökat alla halter av miljöskadliga ämnen på jorden.
Det är som att vi sitter i en bil som går i fel riktning, där det upplevs att bara vissa styr från framsätet, medan för många sitter passivt i baksätet. Den illusionen måste brytas: Alla passagerare bär ansvar utifrån sitt säte. Forskning visar att en stark påverkan på vårt beteende är normer, det vill säga vad vi upplever och vad man tror att de flesta gör eller tycker är rätt. Med normen av att alla styr tillsammans så utesluter vi passivitet, ändrar riktning snabbare och kan påverka allmänheten och därmed beslutsfattare.
Volkstyre Das Allo uppmanar till medvetet deltagande och visar hur kollektivt styre kan bromsa klimatförändringen och möjliggöra gemensamt ansvar, engagemang och inkludering.

Since the Industrial Revolution, humanity’s economic and technological progress – also known as “The Great Acceleration”– has fueled climate change and increased the levels of many environmentally harmful substances across the globe.
It is as if we are sitting in a car headed in the wrong direction as passive passengers while those at the wheel continue towards a cliff edge. That illusion of helplessness must be shattered. Every passenger has a responsibility relative to their position. Research shows that our behavior is heavily influenced by societal norms—our perception of what most people do or deem to be right. By establishing a norm where everyone steers together, we eliminate passivity, change direction faster, and influence both the general public and, by extension, decision-makers.
Volktsyre – Das Allo calls for conscious participation, demonstrating that collective action is key to mitigating climate change and fostering mutual responsibility, engagement, and inclusion.

Face Shopping - In my collection, I take inspiration from people’s own refinement and transformation of their appearance. I use beauty products such as eyeshadow, lipstick and eyelashes and extract them from their usual context, the face. By exploring lacquered lace prints, silicone encapsulation and the removal of makeup, I create wearable faces. When changing the context, something that is usually considered beautiful suddenly becomes quite unpleasant and unsettling. So what is beautiful; the makeup or the face?

Can’t believe I sank a boat for this visual

Someone asked if the visual for cast away was always meant to be only 30sec, and yes!! It was meant to be a fragment of this world. A shred, to piece together with another shred + another piece to somehow invite you and express the world I’ve had in my head. and just like my brain it’s all a bit shredded and full of glitches :) so I HAVE MADE A WEBSITE FOR YOU! Where you’ll be able to navigate all of these little pieces and fragments that make the Piratebae album what it is.
