After Chile, our next stop was Argentina! We asado’d, learned the salsa, leather shopped, ate our weight in empanadas and steaks, enjoyed more amazing wines (but still managed to find more pisco), took tiny Ubers (shoutout to the Uber Black Toyota Corolla), witnessed the birth of the legend Malbec Mario, danced our hearts out, watched an Argentinian soccer game (from afar, because it’s dangerous?), saw the most good bois strutting around the city, drank mate, and I cried out for Eva Perón at the Casa Rosada. Our journey down south was one I will never forget, and I am so grateful to have shared it with this amazing group of people - especially @jaross4021. It’s a trip I never thought I’d take and I will treasure the memories forever! 🇦🇷🍷🥩💃🏼

A few weeks ago I got the chance to go to Chile 🇨🇱 with some of the best people in the world! 🤘🏻 We drank wine🍷(truly I’m shocked there’s a drop left in the entire country after we tore through), fed alpacas 🦙, danced to Bad Bunny on a party bus in the middle of the countryside, rode cable cars (finally a use for the 🚡 emoji), breathed terrible air 🌄, hummed along at a Chilean piano bar 🎹, ate more tomahawks 🥩 than I can count, and when the wine ran out pisco always had our back. Here’s to The Chile DAWGS and memories I will hold dear for the rest of my life🤘🏻🇨🇱🍷#chile #wine #vacation #southamerica #pisco

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms of Rife 💐 The women who somehow balance taking care of everyone else while still showing up for themselves day after day. Your strength goes far beyond the gym, and our community is better because of it. We appreciate you more than you know ❤️

It’s Coach Blake’s birthday 🎉 If you’ve taken her class, you know the vibe — high energy, good music, lots of laughs, and just enough motivation to make you do the thing you didn’t think you could. Blake brings the best out of people. She cares deeply about our athletes, pushes them to be better, and somehow makes the hard days feel lighter just by being herself. Outside the gym she’s an incredible mom, wife, and dog mom — and behind the scenes, she’s basically the glue that keeps the boys on staff organized and moving in the right direction. We’re hoping her day is full of sunshine, the beach, and a stack of good books. We love you, Coach Blake. 💛 👇 Drop in the comments one way Blake has helped you in the gym or your favorite memory with her.

Turns out… some of you actually own clothes that aren’t sweaty, stretchy, or covered in chalk. And apparently, when you combine disco + cowboy, you all clean up real nice. 🕺🤠✨ Our Holiday Party proved one very important thing: CrossFit Rife doesn’t just show up in the gym — we show up when it’s time to celebrate, too. This night wasn’t just about sequins, boots, and questionable mustaches. It was about hitting pause after a full year of early alarms, heavy lifts, missed reps, PRs, and showing up even when it was hard. It was about being in the same room with people you usually only see between warm-ups and cooldowns, but this time with a drink in hand instead of a barbell. Fitness builds strong bodies. Community builds something just as important. Thank you to everyone who came out, leaned into the theme, and reminded us that the work we do together deserves to be celebrated just as hard as we train. Same crew. Different outfits. Still the best gym around. Now back to your regularly scheduled gym clothes… see you in class. 💪 Huge shoutout to @alexacatherinephotog for capturing these

One more low light shot! This one just feels fun! I always enjoy a good candid moment and the lighting on this really draws your focus to the center. #photogrpahy #photographer #lowlightphotography #sonyalpha #50mm #virginiabeachphotographer

We can’t promise that your husband will look at you the way these 2 do, but we can promise the holiday party will be a night to remember! Tomorrow night is the party and you are invited! There is food and drinks for everyone and still time to reserve a spot, or just show up and we’ll take care of you! There’s a spot on the dance floor, a swag bag, and a front row seat to @coach_jfern getting sentimental with your name on it. Don’t forget your boots, it’s disco cowboy themed 🤠🪩 If you have a banger of a song we are dropping the link below to add it for our DJ (country music is preferred 😛) https://www.wheresmysong.com/event/7b874629-a3a9-41ba-82e2-669bd083dbb8

This 13s video doesn’t capture even a fraction of all that was AffiliateCon. The entire thing made my little OG heart so happy 🥰 Incredibly proud of our team and humbled every day to be able to help the CrossFit community in such a profound way 🙏🏼 @besthouroftheirday

📚✏️ School’s back. The backpacks are packed, the lunchboxes are labeled, and the morning chaos has returned in full force. Now what? YOU time. Let’s find that routine again whether you’re coming to 6am to get it in before the day, (yes, you can have your coffee in your hand still) to the 9am with the other strong moms for a yap session, or any of the afternoon classes to release some stress after the day! Be intentional. Make the time.
