Smiling ear to ear in Bear Country 🧸🪿✨

Wanting so badly to be walking around in a match shirt on game day but @ggltd wasn’t a bad replacement 🤫

Completed my first match day warm up and can see the light at the end of what feels like a long rehab tunnel!

A few weeks ago, we were at the @bristolbearswomen sponsors evening - and it was everything we love about being involved with this team.

We got stuck into some skills drills, watched the squad in action, and spent time with players like Jess Sprague (who signed a shirt for us - that’s going straight on the office wall).

This is what community partnership looks like. Not just logos and photo ops, but actually showing up and being part of something bigger.

We’re proud to back the Bears Women, and if any local businesses or organisations want to get involved or explore ways to collaborate with the team, we’d love to connect you. This squad deserves all the support Southwest businesses can give.

Come on you Bears.

🔴⚫ 🤝 🐻

Thank you to Jess Sprague of Bristol Bears Women and former Old Red for running a training session for some of our girls this evening.

The girls absolutely loved it and we can't thank you enough. A real asset to Bristol, to Rugby and the community.

About last Sunday: What’s the best way to recover from all the thrilling @rugbyworldcup games? Heading down to #shaftesburypark for some #bearwatching on a Sunday🐻🏉 @bristolbearswomen took on @salesharkswomen in @thepwr #cup Beside the fact that I just love it when my #bristolbearswomen win I was delighted to see some #womensrugbyworldcup heroes down at the game with @zoealdcroft_ @bearigoni and @georgielillypr as well as @njames11 and @katana_banana9 with whom I always wanted a picture and some of my bears favourites @de1aney_gi1es @ellalovibond @jennyhesk @jess03sprague - special shout out to our own #bristolbearscenturion @simipam at this point for making me again smile with my teeth out ☺️ My favourite moments must be the picture with @el.snowsill as I didn’t expect to see her and of course seeing @taliaj_04 wear the jersey that first her best 💪🏻 #pwrcup #bristol #upthebears #bristolbearswomenvsalesharkswomen #salesharkswomen #womensrugby #pwr #womeninsport #femaleathletes #inspirationalwomen #womeninrugby #rugby #rugbyunion #rugbyislife #icare #elinorsnowsill #zoealdcroft #beatricerigoni #georgieperrisredding #nataliajohn #jennyhesketh #simipam #break #dingscrusaders

This week our Women’s Rugby Head Coach Rich Hynes was at Weston Super Mare RFC working with the ‘Roses’.

Rich was joined by Bristol Bears hooker, Jess Sprague and Montpellier centre, Lottie Dadds.

A great training session supporting the young women of Weston Roses who are looking to attend Richard Huish College and be a part of the rugby programme.

Get in touch if your club wants to be next!
