Celebrating this birthday means so much to me, I almost wouldn’t have been here to do so.

Life update and love letter to my loved ones -
In May, my life was very nearly taken from me. The injuries I had suffered from are often fatal. I was told by the doctor who had worked my case that I am lucky.
I am so grateful for my family and close friends who rushed to my side in the ICU and picked up the pieces of my life while I was unable to.
I have so much love and gratitude for my loved ones who endured this with me.
I am back to the people I love, back to the life I love❤️

i can’t explain how much FUN this morning was🤭 i had been feeling burnt out from my last race 8 weeks ago and a part of me didn’t want to show up for this. but if i’ve learned anything theres always a reason to just show up and even if that’s all you can do, that’s enough. and more often than not you’ll come back home so happy that you did and maybe even with a new PR under your belt 👀🥇 i love this sport and im no where near done, until next time🫡
