The big moments are wonderful.

But most of life happens in between them.

The ridiculous moments. The beautiful ones. The unexpected ones. The ones that make you laugh for no reason.

Find the joy wherever you can.
And when it shows up, don’t rush past it.

Apparently I blinked.

And my tiny puppy became a full-grown man with responsibilities.

I would like the puppy back for five minutes, please.

Just a wholesome family bike ride in California.

Eric is running alongside us PUSHING the bike faster.
My mother-in-law is laughing.
I’m pedaling while repeatedly asking Eric to get back on because I’m convinced he’s going to fall off a cliff and take all of us with him.

Everyone was having fun.
I was managing risk. 😂

This video perfectly explains my marriage AND my anxiety. HASHTAGS:

We’ve been taught that “chic” is something you buy.

🤍I don’t think that’s true.

I think it’s the way you carry yourself.
The way you speak to people.
The way you show up.
The way you choose yourself.

A few reminders that, to me, are incredibly chic.

🤍Which one would you add?

Out of 8 billion people, I found my person.

The real love story wasn’t finding each other.

It was choosing each other, over and over, through every season of life. #marriage #jamessexton #chooseeachother

The beauty of Thanksgiving is that it makes room for everything — laughter, good food, and the quiet ache of missing the ones we love.

Motherhood, but make it chic
The kind of bond that doesn’t need words — just a hand to hold and a smile that says everything.
