When I started our Competition Class, long before we were @3embersgrappling , I’d be lucky to get 2 other people to show up. Today we had over 20 people from 5 different academies and 5 black belts show up@to train. Progress might not always be fast and might not always feel like you’re moving forward but it’s happening. Trust the process. Thanks to everyone that showed up to put in work.
If you want to join us, message me. This is not an “open class” but if you want to come train hard and help each other get ready to compete, you have a place here.

Incredible Comp Class today at @3embersgrappling
6 black belts from 3 different teams. All belt ranks represented. No politic, no drama, just good hard training.
Thank you all for showing up and putting in the work.

2017 you were fucking amazing! The concerts- the time with friends and family- and my first Big Vacation!! Life isn’t perfect- but the fact I woke up 365 Days and knew exactly what I did the night before, I’ll count that as a win! #bethankful#goodbye2017#soberliving#memoriesthatwilllastalifetime#
