Kyle Lowry weekend 🏀 This was a fun and jam packed weekend celebrating the GROAT - at the Golf Invitational I got to drive around with the Raptor and take polaroids of him with the players 🎞️!! Then came the KLOW Block Party and Gala, it was such a cool experience working on the back end of these activations and events. Not too shabby for a girl with her thinkpad!! 👩🏽‍💻🤍

What an incredible session‼️

In Session One, we focused on Goal Setting & Leadership, with special guests from Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) leading insightful workshops. A huge thank you to Mike Ferriman & Jesse Mens for dedicating your Friday evening to supporting and investing in the next generation of leaders!

Key Takeaways from Goal Setting:

➡️ Embrace Change – Plans can pivot, and that’s okay! Take opportunities that align with your goals.
➡️ Be a Dreamer – Set big goals and believe in your potential.
➡️ Explore the Unknown – Follow your passions; they can lead to exciting opportunities.
➡️ Network & Be Confident – Share your ideas, build connections, and make space for growth.

Key Takeaways from Leadership:

✅ Take Chances – You never know what opportunities are out there!
✅ Strong Decision-Making & Conflict Resolution – Great leaders navigate challenges with confidence.
✅ Understand Your Team – Learn their strengths and empower them to succeed.

Our participants left with new perspectives, skills, and an expanded network to support their growth. Huge thanks to our facilitators for making this possible! 🙌

Up Next: Session✌🏿‼️
