✨ Throwback ✨ This shoot takes me back to when I did my very first prep with @stephanieayala7 and Team @dynastytraining in 2020. Everything was brand new — the posing, the discipline, the excitement — and I had no idea how much it would shape my path. 💎 @jexsestudios captured it all so perfectly. Jesse’s eye for detail and creativity made that moment unforgettable and gave me images that still inspire me to this day. 🙌🏼 Fast forward to today, and I’m still a client of Stephanie’s, now on the lifestyle side, continuing to learn and grow under her guidance. 🙌🏼 Looking back also reminds me how photoshoots can be such a powerful motivational tool. They give you something tangible to work toward, a way to celebrate progress, and a reminder of how far you’ve come. After taking a break from them for a while, I’m ready to restart that journey — with my eyes set on prepping for a new shoot next year. ✨ 👉🏼 What’s a goal you’ve pressed pause on that you’re ready to pick back up? #TeamDynasty #StephanieAyala #FitnessJourney #Throwback #PrepLife #LifestyleClient #Transformation #photoshootmotivation

🛣️ Roadtrip Recap pt 3 - a tribute to my friends I like to think of myself as a collector of people from the most unlikely places who each become a part of me. And no matter how long I’m gone, they always welcome me back with open arms and open hearts. I asked to spend time with my friends in their homes because that’s where people are most comfortable. There’s less of a chance of distractions, unwelcome strangers and limitations on time. It gave me the space to focus entirely on the present company and appreciate all the little nuances I appreciate about each one. Selfishly, it also gave me a chance to spend time with their kids and pets, expanding my auntie universe to a whole new level. It’s so nice to be wrapped up in the love of their little humans and their furry/feathered babies. On two separate occasions, two of my friends said in similar fashion - “thank you for giving me the space to be myself,” which is the greatest compliment I could ever receive. Being a safe space for people I adore is one of my favorite love languages. Despite my prolonged absences, they know my heart - and that’s a gift that I don’t take for granted. There’s some pictures I didn’t get that I wanted to, but the memories will stay with me forever. To those I didn’t get a chance to hang with this time, I’m already looking forward to coming back to see you. And if God has decided I’ll never see you again, I hope he’ll let me find you in the next lifetime. 🌹
