During the run season last year I put my body through absolute hell. I’m so grateful to not have collected injuries that could have impacted this year so far. I knew a huge part of prevention would be rest, stretch and recovering and for me, I can’t leave it to myself to stretch and massage. I just can’t leave it to chance. I literally have to have it on the calendar scheduled just like anything else. I’m super grateful to have @jessflo.yoga coming in to the studio & helping me keep myself on point she really does know how to force me to make some moves I wouldn’t imagine doing regularly without her involved. Also big shout out to @cassandra_gorman_ for coming through and getting bendy with me Saturday afternoon. It was a good and much needed session for all involved. .

Happy Sunday ✌🏾😎

Side note: these movements are without a doubt a contributor to the increasing my ability to recover from runs far faster than before.

Exactly 2 weeks from today, #ZINCON2022 will begin. Who will I see there?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Some of my favorite memories from the two conventions I have attended in 2017 and 2018!!

🔘 @gentedezona as the fitness concert performer
🔘 meeting @albertoperlman, @zjrony (we will miss you this year!! ❤️) and @polospreadslove
🔘 dancing onstage with @zjtamz
🔘 laughing with and learning from @marciebenavides and @lorettabates
🔘 many more memories that are sure to come!!
