@jaxcantlow_3 has been an incredible friend to my daughter and it’s been a blessing to watch him grow into a Godly young man. During his portrait session, this moment of #3 heading into the locker room put a lump in my throat. It’s all going so very fast. I can’t wait to see you out on the court this year Cantlon!

#womensupportingwomen
Thank you @colorwilddesigns for tagging me! This is me almost every morning. I have to start my day at the gym or my day just goes out of control.
Women supporting women is not a challenge to accept; it's a way of life. I was once told by a woman that if I carried the same clothes she did "she would squish me like a bug". I looked at her & kindly reminded her what I truly believe and always have... there is room for all of us to succeed and do what we want; we are all in this together.
I'm thankful for the women in my life! You are all amazing people and I'm honored to know each one of you.
Let's go change the world!

p.s. I love to colloborate with women who own a business and create products to carry their items in my shop. Message me if you have products I could carry in Nolan James .✌

What the F#%K was I thinking????

This year I had made the decision to NOT attend my annual coach summit in lieu of some 'family priorities.' (I’ve only missed one other in the last 9 years and I totally regretted it.)

Then the pandemic happened, the event was cancelled (bad news), and now every coach in 3 countries can participate virtually (great news!)

But this week has already made me realize even from my home office that this is an event I just NEVER want to purposefully miss!? If it had taken place in NOLA I’d be crying my eyes out regretting my decision.🤦‍♀️

Because THIS BUSINESS is the reason I’ve been able to be so much more present and available to my family as my kids were/are still growing up. And after our youngest leaves the nest it will continue to fire me up daily! 🔥

THIS BUSINESS gave me a community I can ALWAYS count on to encourage and inspire me in my fitness journey (small example of that is pictured and occurred this morning😜) and in LIFE.

THIS BUSINESS has given me a platform and a purpose... and an income that I control. (All dependent on hard work of course👍🏻)

THIS BUSINESS, 95% of the time... is done VIRTUALLY (which is how I spend my summers at the lake!) and is still SO damn powerful.... any chance I get to spend in person with these amazing people is a real gift... and I will NOT choose not to receive that again!! Locked and loaded for Summit in St Louis next summer!!👍🏻

Thanks to my team for showing up this week and being AWESOME. I’m sorry I lost my head for a moment... it won’t happen again😉😘

Let’s hear about something you are PROUD you accomplished in 2019!!!👂👍🏻
To make it easier I’ll go first😜...I just did my last workout of the year and went back to see that I’ve logged 379 workouts this year!! 💪🏻 (I do take rest days and have some days I might do more than one.) Even more important is that collectively members of my virtual gym logged over... wait for it... 8300 workouts!?😲🎉 I’m so proud of each and every person that contributed to that number and made strides toward improved health and live being even a small part of those journeys.
Last night I watched “Brittney Runs a Marathon” and remember feeling like she did when I started... completely overwhelmed and defeated before I even took that first step forward. 😬But instead of looking at the big picture I just kept taking single steps until it became habit... until it felt like part of ME. And if you watch that movie she also learns that you can’t do it ALONE... that the support and encouragement of others is EVERYTHING.
So I INVITE you to join me and my tribe in working toward whatever health goals you have for yourself in 2020... I know you CAN, I believe you WILL. You rock!!! Happy New Year!!!🎉❤️ (And don’t forget to share!!!!⬇️⬇️⬇️)

🎶 We wanna set the world on fire🔥
Until it’s burning bright for you.... Take our dreams... come and give them wings.
Lord with you... there’s nothing we cannot do. 🎶

Years ago I named my team of fitness coaches Team ‘Wildfire’ because I was inspired by the song “Set the World on Fire” by Britt Nicole. These are just a few of the people I’m lucky enough to work with every single day. They ENERGIZE and INSPIRE me and I couldn’t do what I do without them.
As the emojis show we are all different personalities with different strengths and weaknesses... but teamwork makes the dream work and makes life a whole lot more fun in the process!😆 The business side of all of this was NOT on my radar at first... I was all about the discount and working towards a better me. People started asking and I started sharing. Simple.❤️
.
No doubt This TEAM... and our COMMUNITY... have been life-giving, life CHANGING forces for me and so many people who had no idea what they had a hold of when they first said ‘YES.’ If you feeling something is just missing... maybe this is it. It never hurts to explore. The best things in life are often hanging out on the OTHER side of fear!! 👊🏻 What emoji would you grab or add to these pics that fit you?🥰
