Three steps to increase your peace:

1) Go outside & Ground. According to multiple studies, time in nature helps to improve memory, mental health, and mood.

2) Be present & notice beauty. Take your time, look around at the flowers at the trees, at all the beauty around you. You will immediately feel more calm.

3) Choose love. Always. Every day. Choose to be loving, kind, and compassionate. If someone triggers you, send them positive thoughts and energy instead of reacting.

Incorporating more time outside, paying attention, and choosing love are practices to set you up for success daily.

Tell me in the comments what you do regularly to help reduce stress and increase calm?
