I had the most FANTASTIC time serving as a facilitator during the Goaldiggh3r Wellness Retreat!!!! We had great vibes, great food, and an all-around amazing experience! The energy of the participants was a ten out of ten, and the co-hosts created a safe place for all attendees!

The ladies navigated the components of emotional self-care with me.... It was such an honor to participate!

Stay tuned for next year's retreat! I can guarantee you that it will be one for the books! 🙌🏼 #WellnessRetreat #WellnessConsultant #CSBTheMFT #RestAndReset #WomenEmpoweringWomen #MountainRetreats #EmotionalHealth #EmotionalWellness #BlackFemaleTherapist #BlackGirlTherapy #MentalHealthMatters

Thank you to @jesskickinit & @beautifully_fit_1 of @goaldiggh3r for inviting me to speak at their annual #H3WellnessRetreat! I truly enjoyed unwinding and bonding with other beautiful black women. And we ate good too! Shout out to all the #H3Honies😊. (Tag them!)

I don’t take for granted the work that God allows me to do and the people he chooses to connect me to. Looking forward to the next one! ✨
