February activates this…
and you’re going to want to pay attention. 👀🔥

This month is 3 Energy, which means creativity becomes your power source.

Not creativity as a hobby.
Creativity as the thing that drives clarity, momentum, visibility, and abundance.

January asked you to look at the contracts you’ve consciously and unconsciously agreed to.
Old roles. Old identities. Scarcity stories.

February says:
Create from who you’re becoming.

This is a month to:
✨ Unearth your creative power source
✨ Calm the overthinking, scattered mind
✨ Express, get visible, and let what comes naturally lead
✨ Stop forcing strategy and start creating from alignment

There are big energetic shifts happening this month, and when you work with them intentionally, everything flows differently.

👇
Comment FORECAST and I’ll send you the full February Energy Forecast. Comment COLLECTIVE and you can join the convo🔥

Your creativity isn’t missing.
It’s waiting for space.

Something shifts when women gather - a force is awakened. Power is activated, and anything becomes possible.

Most mammals never experience menopause. They reproduce until their final breath.

But there are a few exceptions in the animal kingdom: orcas, narwhals, belugas, pilot whales—and humans.

And here’s the wild part…

In every one of those animal groups except us, the post-menopausal females become the leaders. The wise ones. The guides. The carriers of knowledge who ensure survival. Orca grandmothers literally decide where the pod goes, when to hunt, when to rest. Without them, the younger generations wouldn’t make it.

But somehow, in human culture, we’ve flipped that script. Instead of being revered as leaders, many women are made to feel invisible as they age.

It’s bullshit.

Menopause isn’t an ending. It’s an initiation. It’s the moment a woman is called into her power—no longer tethered by cycles of reproduction, but free to hold wisdom, to guide, to lead.

When women gather, something ancient wakes up. We remember that we are not meant to fade quietly into the background. We are meant to become the orca matriarchs of our communities—leading with intuition, strength, and lived experience.

The power of women gathering isn’t just “self-care.” It’s survival. It’s legacy. It’s leadership.

So if you’ve been waiting for permission—this is it. Gather your women. Share your stories. Step into that matriarchal magic that’s been in your bones all along.

Because the world needs your leadership now more than ever.

This video is my slo-pitch team - Nice Shoes. We are all ages and all bring different wisdom so that we can rise together, and become undefeated champs - again.

I’m gathering a group of women in September for the Scale with Soul Retreat. This time awakeneing the force through spiritual entrepreneurship. Want to

It’s this incredible woman’s birthday and I’m so truly thankful for her. @dionne_mary

Mary and I have been friends for years, but this year I’m truly so very proud of us. The last slide shows us this past year on April 27th, 2025 after completing the Sun Run.

Fast forward to where we are now, and we’ve both completed countless training, track, weight, and running sessions. Let alone Hyrox sims and clinics.

We’ve completed two Hyrox’s in two different cities and both grown immensely both physically, mentally, emotionally, and in our friendship.

Love ya long time Mary, and very thankful for ya.

Happy birthday Beautiful. 💕
