As the future is never promised, let me just cherish this moment 🥹🫶

I was a late addition to this team, I wasnt even sure if I could play, after not playing competitive football for almost 5 yrs, I had zero confidence that i could even comeback to a version of myself that I thought I put in the past. But after my first three trainings with the team, I knew I wanted to give it another shot. My goal was just to get in shape and train, eventually that translated to playing time from 45mins to 60mins the next game then 70, 80 then eventually in the finals I played 90+mins.

This cup was not easy, the constant rechedule of games tested everyones patience, but regardless of all the hurdles we turned this breakdown into an opportunity to rise above.

I also had the pleasure of meeting an amzing set of women, getting to know them in itself is already a big win. They all rooted for me, they believed in me and eventually I did too.
I am blessed to have met such beautiful genuine souls, and I will never forget you guys 🫶

It was an intense season opener in the @pffwomensleague. Despite a hard-fought battle, the game ended 2-1 in favor of the Manila Diggers FC. Proud of the effort and heart shown by the team. This is just the beginning!
