Turns out the group chat can make plans. 🤭

A little lift, tone, burn on the green at Avalon with the best crew. Safe to say Wednesday night plans peaked here.

Thank you to @lululemon for hosting us, @avaloninsider for the perfect setting and @projectleannation_alpharetta for the post-class smoothies ✨

The pulse may be small, but it’s doing a lot.

In Pure Barre, pulsing keeps the muscle under constant tension, helping you stay deeply connected to the movement and work the muscle to fatigue.

Tiny movement. Major impact. 🤍

Happy Birthday to our favorite Studio Manager!

Jess, you are one of the most gracious, thoughtful, and loving humans. You’ve embraced PBIP, our team, and this community like you’ve always been part of it, and we truly can’t imagine this place without you.

Thank you for leading with so much heart, making everyone feel seen, and loving this studio as fiercely as we do.

We love you BIG. Cheers to another year 🍾🐻🩷 Happy Birthday!

Thank you all so much for coming out to the Alpharetta Arts Center and moving with us. The energy, the community, and the vibes were everything 💛

Our girl Chloe absolutely crushed it — such a fun class!!

We loved every second… and already counting down to the next pop-up 👀✨

Day 45 of 75 Hard… yesterday was a full one.

Between my full-time job, photography, workouts, and everything else, I was basically bouncing from one thing to the next all day. One thing this challenge really teaches you is time management… because suddenly “couch rotting” isn’t really a thing anymore. Now it’s more like scrolling social media while leaning against a wall for three minutes between tasks.

Also quick note to self… maybe don’t eat a Greek yogurt bowl an hour and a half before a workout ever again. That was a humbling experience. 🤣
