On any given day, my anxiety and panic disorder can either hardly impact me at all or completely drown me in real, physical symptoms, even if no one else can see it. What matters ➡️ is that I BELIEVE I will be okay. I believe in myself, I believe that I will always do what I can to turn things around, I believe I will always pull myself up out of my worst state and aim for feeling my best again. I have gotten through and come out of everything up to this very day, very moment, because I am resilient. I believe in my passion to experience all this life has to offer. I will never give up on aiming to feel my best.

Take a long, serious moment to appreciate how you have gotten yourself through EVERY single thing in your life right up to this second. Years and years and years of navigating life and emotions. You deserve to realize just how strong you are 💪🏼
