*THROWBACK*
Jess you are a queen! This was back when you were at Cosmetology school and I was trying to stay awake in Macroeconomics in St. Cloud. In the last 12 years there’s been babies, new loves, adventures abroad, a husband and countless life events. When we talk it’s like nothing has changed. Let’s make it happen soon. Love you to the moon and back. -Tooly.

Reminder to parents who book with me for a session>> just let them play, relax and let them be kids, because isn’t this how we want to remember them?

My awesome wife got me a new hamster wheel! It's actually a blast! So nice to be active indoors after working in Sub zero weather for 2 weeks. #bestwifeever #redravenbikecafe #cycleops #cadex

My sweet friend @jesssadams gave me this recipe and I have to share because my kiddos love them and they are a handy little treat! Mix together rolled organic oats, peanut butter and a little almond butter, good honey😉,mini chocolate chips and I also add in just a little bit of a flax/hemp blend. I don’t measure any of it just mix until you have a nice consistency to roll into a ball. Then individually wrap them and stick in the freezer! YUM

Oh and this is the Flax/hemp blend I use. Great in shakes, on salads, in chopped up 🥑 avocado on toast😬...blah,blah,blah. Got it at Coborns
