I received my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate today! I am incredibly fortunate to have had the privilege of experiencing this extraordinary and once in a lifetime opportunity. Yoga and @unityhotyoga have not only transformed my life for the better, but also provided me with unparalleled experience of deep connection with beautiful souls and FUN!! Being led through YTT by @megflows_ , @yogalovewithles , and @lindseydoyleyoga has truly been remarkable, and I will cherish this experience forever. I have never felt so at home in my entire life.

My passion for yoga is profound, and I am eager to transform lives, just as my teachers have done for me and continue to do every single day. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my Unity community, my YTT girls, and the unwavering abundance of endless support from my family and friends.

Most importantly, to my angel mom who I will always dedicate my practice and teaching to. I know she is watching over me through it all and who I believe has spiritually pushed me to be serving others as a yoga teacher today- to change lives, teach resilience, guide people to trust themselves, cultivate a sense of belonging within yourself and others, and a mindset that you can get through everything and anything you put your mind and heart to. 😇🕊️

The love, light, teacher and student in me, sees and honors the love, light, teacher and student in each of you.

feeling so lucky to have spent the last few months completing my 200hr YTT @unityhotyoga ! I am so inspired by these empowering women around me who supported me throughout the whole process, I would have never imagined myself doing this without the love and encouragement this community has given me🌸💛
