Where The Water Once Was opened the @qldballet Bespoke season for 2026 last night.

I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to bring my sustainable design principles to create these costumes for @claire_voss_choreographer made entirely from leftover fabrics in the @qldballet archive. Chookas to a wonderful season!

Elegantly Wasted Gold Coast tour 2026.
The week that was…

Plot twist!! 4 days out from opening night, Influenza A kicked me in the butt… this was my bedside table for majority of the week 🥵

Still headed down the coast with the Company on Tuesday, armed to the teeth with Codral and Vitamin C, in the hopes that I’d recover by the shows.
Mantra serving. Couldn’t ask for a better view to wake up to when you’re bed bound 😮‍💨

Wednesday, made it out of bed yay
First stop: Beach

Second stop: Espresso Bonsai

Thursday, pep in my step

Unfortunately, I didn’t make it back for Opening Night, but to cheer everyone on from the other side of the curtain and witness everyone’s incredible hard work over the past 7 weeks come to fruition, filled me with immense pride and emotion. I was sat there with a huge grin plastered on my face the entire time, and my god don’t they all look like movie stars🤩😭

Friday, officially said f u to the flu🖕

Felt extra special with a few of my fans in the audience ;)

Flu could never tear us apart 😌

Thank you Annabelle, for helping us find our groove, for trusting us with this beauty of a ballet and for getting me back up on that stage 😎
And QB, thank you for being a dream to dance with, you are all my biggest inspirations (I literally couldn’t have done it without you) 🙌❤️‍🔥
