Well, the time has come. The hardest goodbye I’ve ever had to endure. Soccer, you’ve been good to me. You’ve been my getaway, my safe place, and my home. Thank you to all the coaches, teammates, parents, and supporters who have made my 4 years with PHS soccer the best they could be. I’ll never forget it.

Pretty cool day for our crew. Many thanks to Sen. Jay Luneau for inviting me to open today’s session of the Louisiana State Senate. We got to tour the capitol and sit in on a committee meeting that Henry said was genuinely interesting. Simon even had a birthday round of applause from the senate. Sad that Jack had to miss out, but you know, school. #louisianastatecapitol
