HYROX NYC // Men’s Open 🏁

Race #2 in my city.
After 5 months of training between ATL (Pro Doubles) and NYC (Men’s Open), I showed up with a solid foundation—but HYROX has a way of humbling you fast.

This was my first solo go in Men’s Open after running Pro Doubles, and the race taught me more than any training block could. I’m walking away with better data, clearer insight, and even more hunger for the next one.

Grateful for the challenge. Grateful for the growth. And especially grateful for my wife Brenna—her support showing up and training with me made all the difference (photo #5: I’m talking to her and asking for feedback lol).

“When you adjust your perspective and see difficulty as an opportunity for progress rather than a threat to your well-being, the world becomes less terrifying, and it’s astonishing how much more you can do with this mindset and viewpoint.” Wise words from our Account Executive, @jesteraverageguy!
