POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Procrastinating my packing for the annual “Fuck this I’m out” Tour to start the new year, I rummaged through the iPhone archives, and stitched together some good times. No backdrop music, just the raw sights and sounds of 2023.

To 2024, please don’t be an asshole.

Cheers,
Barlo

Did you know FB is tracking your phone at ALL times???

With the latest Instagram feature already irritating us all, I figured there's no better time to bring up "OFF-FACEBOOK ACTIVITY" tracking and how you can opt out (until the next update anyway).

Digital privacy is an important conversation to have. There are so many apps and websites and logins that often we find ourselves combining accounts, or granting permissions to companies without even knowing what they do with our personal information. I certainly am guilty of it!

Social media platforms are gold mines because WE are their products that they then sell to other companies or advertisers. Why else do you think ads keep popping up for resorts when you just told your friend you wanted to go to Jamaica?

But at the very least, this is one step you can take to protect yourself.

I am happy to provide social media platforms with the basic information that they need in order to create their account. However, there is absolutely no reason that they need to know how I am using my phone when I'm not using their app. I could not imagine how I would feel if it was my kids! (Actually I do know - they wouldn't even be allowed online, I already know they'll hate me.)

Questions? Comments? Concerns? Ideas I should cover next?

Let me know!

Some stills at peak scream from our music video "GHOSTS". Kudos to @_jasonsc @hiim_kyle and @lewypee for assembling this shoot in a pinch. To our friends, whom let loose in front of the camera; thank you for bearing all and losing your minds for us, we hope it felt the way it looks.

Honeys Fam, go check out the video on #honeyrunners YouTube channel. To our friends who emailed us their virtual screams during peak pandemic, it's a'brewing. 👻

This post is just for me....well for us actually

2020 I was driving an Amazon 🚛, destroying my knees and back while getting passed over for promotions and internally dissatisfied with life. My gf at the time knew I was lapsing into #depression

During COVID I started following my passions
Learning skills and going to places and spaces I felt uncomfortable in.

I'm not rich, I'm sure as heck not bragging but in the past three weeks I was able to find more fulfillment in my life than I have than what I found that entire summer of '20. I made a 💩 ton of mistakes along the way but it makes more sense to focus on the good than the bad.

If this #motivates you to try something new awesome 😎 if you're happy for me- thanks sincerely and if you're one of the MANY people who have helped me on the way THANK YOU

New Music Video for “GHOSTS” is out. 🔗 link to full vid in bio.

We invited friends from some of the hardest hit industries of this pandemic to speak their mind, and scream full-tilt into the camera. It was the perfect energy to match this song, one that tackles depression, fear, anxiety, and insomnia - all the fun stuff.

We have a lot to unpack from this moment in time. Let’s be honest, there was a lot to unpack before, and it got ever more complicated in 2020.

Be gentle with each other - you have no idea of the circumstances most are living through. We all deserve compassion and kindness, and patience while we heal.

Thank you to our friends for this beautiful video, it was important to us to preserve this moment in time, and you did it with grace and #yawps (primal screams).
