Four years ago I was blessed to have FOUR boys in the Repertory Dance Company. It is so rare to have that many that we worked together to create this dance, “Mannequins”. It was fun to celebrate these young male dancers- all of whom are dancing at the collegiate level now. (Take that @goodmorningamerica) I love these men, they made me a better teacher and have changed my life forever. They are some of the most intelligent, creative, and generous people I have ever met. As I am about to become a mama to a little boy literally ANY moment- I hope he wants to dance. Because he will learn discipline, integrity, teamwork, creativity, and confidence. Not to mention he will learn to be kind and encouraging to those who are pursuing what sets their souls on fire. #danceeducationforall #boysdance #maledancers PC: @allison.armfield
