I’ve neglected so many useful machines.. yet I still
got my leg press game up thanks to @jesusm_246

On my last leg day I went a bit heavier than usual and the way those deep presses felt at the bottom while using the leg press machine w/ a bit more weight than usual felt unexplainable .. (I rarely go pass 90 degree for quad isolation which ended up being b.s.))

like I’ve never felt other muscles fire besides the quads while using a leg press ..
thought it was interesting to note

210 lbs heaviest weight, becoming a mom of 2 back to back, growing my business, and somewhere along the way I realized I was always putting myself last.

I wanted to be stronger. Not just to lose weight, but because I knew I wanted to work with dogs of all sizes and show up with the energy and strength they deserve for many years to come. I didn’t want to feel weak, tired, or out of breath doing something I love.

At the same time, upgrading my business became just as important. Better products, better equipment, a better experience. I wanted my clients and their dogs to feel like they were getting something special.

So this has never really been about one transformation. It’s been physical, mental, and professional.

I’m still working on myself, still learning, still investing in my education, and still figuring things out. Just continuing to evolve into a better version of myself and a better business owner.

Before and after ⬇️ I have lost over 150 lbs I feel great, but one of my insecurities was always having loss skin. It was very difficult to deal with it. After a tummy tuck, I wanted to start working out. I just didn’t know how to start or what to do. But thanks to my coach @jesusm_246 who has guide me and challenged me. I continue to grow every day. My whole entire life I’ve struggled with obesity, depression, self sabotage etc… etc….. I’ve successfully attempted so many times and I’ve fallen off many more….. I always say this journey isn’t linear because life has many ups and downs. This is the furthest I’ve come but my journey is far from over! What I can say today is that every time I’ve fallen off, I eventually pick my self back up! There is something with in me that just doesn’t let me quit! Every time I’ve doubted myself, I dig deep with in to believe I can do it again! And when I just can’t believe in myself I cling on to those who support encourage and believe more in me than I could ever do for my self! So I owe every single victory, accomplishment and growth to you all!!!! I strongly believe we meet people for a reason and each one of you has crossed paths with me when I most needed it and I’ve learned so much from you all, so from the bottom of my heart… THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF THIS JOURNEY! 🥹❤️‍🩹💪🏼🙏
