After years of learning and observing, I made my directorial debut on the film Rule Number One. As part of the @thea3f all star film competition we made a film that I am proud of and it was amazing to see it on the big screen with family and friends. A special thank you to @thea3f for a wonderful experience and for always putting on the best film competitions in the valley. I also want to thank @lethalhoboproductions for having faith in me and giving me the push I needed to take this next step in my filmmaking journey. You guys are the best anyone could ask for as partners in this adventure. Thank you @elder_media for being there with me as we finished each others thoughts on how to shoot this. I am beyond humbled by my writing partner @bonnie.selim and how well we meshed and came up with a great story. Last, but certainly not least a huge thank you to my wife @ricqueanderson and my son @braylon_pekara for always supporting me and being my biggest cheerleaders. I took a chance with this Color positive film that expired in 1999 with a pretty low success rate. The colors were so wack that they only worked in black and white. No more expired film for this guy. I'll upload more once I flatten it out and can actually scan it properly
