6 EVENTS. 1 WEEK 💚🔥

We've spent the week showing up, making connections, meeting incredible people, and surrounding ourselves with businesses that share our passion for health and wellness.
And we couldn't be more excited about what's ahead!

At Project LeanNation, we believe that building a healthier community takes more than just providing nutritious meals. It takes showing up, supporting one another, and building relationships with the people who make this city so special.

💪 To the gyms and studios who welcomed us this week, THANK YOU!
💚 To everyone who stopped by, grabbed a sample, shared a conversation, or gave us a follow, we're so glad we met you!

CHARLOTTE, WE'RE HERE TO BE PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER.

The hardest part today? Getting out of bed. 😅💜

I didn’t feel like getting up or going to Pilates, but I pushed myself to get ready and show up for me.

Between motherhood, work, and taking care of everyone else, I need to make time for myself, too. Today, that started with getting out of bed. 💜

Who else had to give themselves a little pep talk this morning? 🙋🏻‍♀️

✨ Español ✨

¿Lo más difícil de hoy? Salir de la cama. 😅💜

Just spreading a little love along the South End Rail Trail! 🏃‍♀️💚

One of our favorite things about being part of the Charlotte community is being surrounded by so many incredible businesses that are helping people get stronger, healthier, and happier every day!

Today we made a few surprise stops at @solidcore, @barrys, and @jetsetpilates to drop off some treats and hopefully a few smiles! 🥤
We know how hard these teams work to show up for their members, and we're grateful to be able to work alongside them.

You bring the movement. We'll bring the fuel 💪

More drop offs to come 💚

Work life balance has been nonexistent lately, so no time to post. But I say that being incredibly grateful, I am sitting on a ton of content I’m really excited to share to everyone that’s followed my journey up until now, my next chapter with YouTube, documentary film making and the growth of our creative business. So please stay tuned 🙏🏽📸🎥

A powerhouse with a story worth hearing. 💌

Meet @kaylalogue_ of @jetsetsouthendclt @jetsetpilateslakenorman.

From the journey that brought her here to redefining what success really means, Kayla shares the lessons she’s learned along the way and the advice she’d give her younger self.

Her ambition, perspective, and the woman she’s become are exactly what Letters to Her is all about. We’re so proud to have her in our community. 🤍

Every woman has a story worth celebrating. And we can’t wait to hear more of them at Empowerher 2026 on November 7.

✨ Join us for a night of powerful stories, connection, and celebration. Tickets available at the link in bio.
