The cut is complete 210lbs-187.2 lbs.

It only took me going on a 3 year long bulk and reaching the lowest point in my life for me to fianlly go on the cut, but everything happens for a reason and once you hit that rock bottom the only place to go from there is up. Turning and truly trusting in the lord’s plan and leaning on those who truly love you for who you, is the answer to true fulfillment and happiness. I couldn’t thank the lord and my BOYS enough for all the great memories and helping me keep my head on straight in such dark times. Dark times don’t last forever the sun will be there every morning, and it doesn’t stop for anyone. Hard work and dedication in anything in life will ALWAYS pay off in the long run. Stay strong.
