Thank you Raider Baseball

Thank you for the last 4 years. All the memories, laughs, ups and downs. Give all glory to God for letting me play the best version of myself, keeping me humble and playing through his word. #14 ✌️#truck #glorytogod

A minimum of four years watching you all literally grow up in front of my camera, some of you nine years, I am so proud of the young men you have all grown into and I can’t wait to see where life leads you. I’ll always be cheering you on no matter what you do in life! Have fun and know you’re loved! I’m sure going to miss you all next year!

1-Arm KB Lateral Lunge

We like to use this variation to train lateral stance, or at least some representation of lateral stance. Lateral stance being a lateral weight shift where the chest, inside knee, and inside ankle will be roughly in line, and the weight biasing the inside edge of the foot.

This stance/foot position is the precursor to change of direction/cutting mechanics. In order to move in and out of the hip efficiently on a cut move you have to find some representation of lateral stance of the cutting foot. Mix these into your training to supplement your change of direction work!
