WE ARE GREEN CARD HOLDERS 😭😭

12 years living in America.
3 years working through this process.
10 months without being able to leave the country or work.

Our friends had less than 12 hours’ notice and showed up on a random Thursday to celebrate with us. We are so lucky to have so many amazing humans in our life, never taking that for granted!!!!😭💚

Brrrr… October is really giving. We are pround Portuguese, but Seattle is our home 🇵🇹🇺🇸🥹

A little bit of this a little bit of that.

#YOURMOVEMENTMATTERS :: Friday I had the chance to join the awesome teams at @forallmothersorg and @strava for the launch of their global hashtag challenge to empower moms in sport and acknowledge the juggle of career, motherhood, and personal wellness 💜

And this #mommotivation Monday, we did just that with the moms of @hellabaerunning during our 5am morning run. I am pretty sure we all were woken up by our mini baes at some point before the run but still made it out there and now are headed off to take care of mom duties 🙌🏽

MISC is a think tank, an alliance, a network, and a movement.

Together, we’re accelerating research and solutions, shifting the narrative around motherhood and movement, and creating greater demand for meaningful maternal care.

Because supporting mothers in sport shouldn’t be a niche initiative. It should be part of the future of the industry.

We are building that future together. And we are just getting started 💪🏽.

A bts look into a shoot day with @nathansportsinc

Still getting used to being in front of the camera but this day was so much fun! Started my morning at 3am with first location at the Spheres, then the waterfront, finished off at Cougar Mountain at 2pm! Meeting so really great people who all brought the energy for the early morning!!
