The future of renewable energy won’t be built by technology alone. It will be built by people who know how to use it.

On 10.21.26, we officially launch Spartan Academy. An initiative built to help raise the standard of education, training, and innovation across our industry.

The Academy is built around three core pillars:

⚙️ Workforce Development — Building real world skills across mechanical systems, electrical systems, and artificial intelligence.

🤝 Manufacturer Collaboration — Creating an environment for hands on training, product testing, and exposure to emerging edge technology.

⚡ Renewable Energy Blueprints — Developing better frameworks for how renewable energy can be trained, deployed, and scaled.

Because if we want a better industry, we can’t just demand higher standards.

We have to build the infrastructure that creates them.

This is bigger than training for the job someone has today. It’s about preparing people, products, and systems for where the industry is going next.

Spartan Academy launches 10.21.26.

And we’re just getting started.

Big numbers are impressive. Building a company capable of repeating them is the real achievement.

September was another step forward for SpartanX.

10.3 megawatts sold.
$34.1 million in sales revenue.
$8.3 million in commissions.
11.11 kW average system size.
65% realization rate.

But these numbers represent more than a month on a scoreboard.

They represent thousands of conversations, doors knocked, appointments run, projects managed, problems solved, systems improved, and people across every department executing their role.

Because growth at this level isn’t created by one person having a great month.

It happens when an entire organization starts moving in the same direction.

And the goal was never to have one record breaking month. The goal is to keep building the people, technology, operations, and infrastructure that make months like this the standard.

September showed us what’s possible.

Now Q4 is about creating even more separation.

Built to scale. Built to deliver. And still building.

Records on the sales board matter. But the real win is when those deals become installs.

Today, we set a new company record with 33 installs in a single day.

Every install represents a project that made it through the entire journey, from a conversation at the door, to a signed agreement, through engineering, permitting, scheduling, and finally onto the roof.

That doesn’t happen because of one person or one department.

It takes sales creating the opportunity. Operations moving it forward. Field teams executing. Leaders solving problems. And everyone staying aligned around the same goal.

Growth isn’t just about selling more. It’s about building an organization capable of delivering more.

Records like this are proof that the machine is getting stronger.

33 installs in one day.

Celebrate it. Appreciate everyone who made it happen.

Then raise the standard again.

Everyone's hiring more coordinators. We built minds instead.
This is SPARTAN ONE — our proprietary agentic operations platform. Two resident intelligences run it with us: SPHINX owns operations, SPARKY rides with sales — and every rep, manager, and executive talks to them like a colleague, getting live answers from any corner of the business.
Inside — an app for every muscle of the operation:
💬 THE CHAT — ask anything. Any project, any number, any truck roll, any technician. Charts on command
📋 PROJECT MANAGEMENT — RTS forecasting weeks ahead + automated escalations with fast-turnaround resolution
🛠️ FIELD OPS — install forecasting, quality + efficiency monitoring, SLAs on every install
🏛️ INTERNAL OPS — milestones, KPIs, SLAs, leading indicators — flagged before they're problems
📊 SALES OPS — the rep's whole book: full project visibility, every customer communication, lifetime escalations with SLA-monitored resolutions — the fastest rep experience in the industry
🛟 RETENTION — the save machine: every cancelled customer's full story, priority-ranked, dialer built in
🤝 CX — escalations, compliance tracking, sentiment tracking with escalation predictions + resolution suggestions
📐 DESIGN ANALYSIS — site surveys reviewed, plans read, the electrical scope defined — clarity for rep and customer before a crew rolls
🤖 THE PERMIT BOT — automated jurisdictional + utility intake, prep, and submission
🏦 LENDER PORTALS — milestone submission, lender requests, cash flow forecast to the funding week
⚠️ RISK — forecasts, alerts, mitigation — before the clawback, not after
📦 PROCUREMENT — materials matched to the install forecast
🧭 CLARITY · COMMS · MEETINGS — the behavioral side of a company that executes
Not bought. Built. On our data, our standards, our edge cases.
We're the nation's fastest-growing privately-held solar operation — the highest quality, executing at scale. What we're proving here rewrites operational excellence for every complex operation: sales, field, back office.
The industry will call it the future. We call it Tuesday.

Don’t tell people the opportunity is big. Show them the receipts.

Our last successful Push Week is a perfect example of what can happen when you combine the right environment, the right incentives, and a team willing to go all in.

301 deals sold.
$2.5M in commissions across those deals.
$301K in potential M1 pay.

And this wasn’t about one person having a monster week.

57 reps benefited across the qualified divisions, with Legion putting up 100 deals and Solar Mafia adding another 28. On top of the normal opportunity, 54 deals became eligible for $1,000 M1s, $54,000 total.

That’s what Push Week is designed to do.

Create a short window where the standard gets raised, the organization rallies around a common goal, and SpartanX puts additional incentives behind the people willing to execute.

The lesson goes beyond one week: people tend to rise to the level of the environment, expectations, and opportunities around them.

Give great people a reason to push harder. Give them the infrastructure to capitalize on that effort. Then recognize the people who deliver.

The next Push Week is another opportunity to raise the standard.

Records on the sales board matter. But the real win is when those deals become homes.

Yesterday, September 21, SpartanX hit a new company record:
32 installs. In one day.

That number represents a lot more than panels going on roofs.

It represents projects making it through the entire journey. Sales working with operations. Engineering. Permitting. Scheduling. Crews in the field. Problems being solved. Customers seeing what they were promised become real.

Because in this industry, a signed agreement is only the beginning.

The install is where the promise becomes reality.

As we continue to grow, the goal isn’t simply to sell more. It’s to build the infrastructure capable of delivering at the same level, or better, as volume increases.

Yesterday was another glimpse of what that machine is becoming.

Huge recognition to every person behind the scenes and in the field who helped make 32 installs possible.

Celebrate the record.

Then raise the standard again.

32 HOMES. ONE DAY.

The best place to sell isn’t determined by one thing. It’s determined by the entire machine behind you.

Experienced solar reps know the close is only one piece of the equation. You still need leads to get in front of homeowners, training to continually sharpen your skills, tools that make the sale easier, and visibility into what happens after the contract is signed.

That’s why we’ve focused on building an entire ecosystem around the rep at SpartanX.

⚔️ Spartan Leads — Double confirmed appointments delivered directly to your calendar, with the platform to manage and track them.

⚔️ Home Base — High level training and development built for every recruit and every role.

⚔️ SpartanX Proposal — A data driven presentation designed to create more clarity for homeowners, set better expectations, and help reduce cancellations.

⚔️ Spartan One — Instant visibility into your projects so you can actually see what’s happening after the sale.

Any company can tell you they have “great systems.” The better question is: Can they show you the infrastructure?

Because when the lead generation, training, sales process, technology, and operations all work together, the rep can spend less time fighting the business and more time building one.

We didn’t want to create another place to sell solar. We wanted to build the machine serious solar professionals have been waiting for.

Welcome to SpartanX

For years, leads entered the solar void… and nobody really knew what happened next.

Did they sit? Cancel? Get disqualified? Did anyone even call them? Did the closer drive to the wrong house?

SpartanX got tired of guessing.

So we built Spartan Leads. One platform designed to connect every setter, every closer, every appointment, every call, and every outcome.

Calls recorded. Calendars connected. Appointments routed. Proposals ready. Performance visible.

And the rule is simple:
The best leads go to the best closers.

Because every opportunity was earned by someone knocking the door, making the call, hearing “not interested” over and over… and booking it anyway.

And we’re still building.

With Sparky entering the system to work unsold opportunities, rebook the fallen, and follow up when humans forget, the goal is simple:

No lead disappears. No outcome gets lost. No more mystery.

⚔️ Introducing Spartan Leads.

Experienced closers don’t just need a better comp plan. They need a better machine behind them.

There’s a point in your sales career where the question changes from “How much can I make per deal?” to “What environment gives me the best opportunity to consistently win?”

That’s what we’ve been building at SpartanX.

⚔️ Spartan Leads puts double confirmed appointments directly onto your calendar so you can spend more time doing what you do best: closing.

⚔️ The SpartanX Proposal gives homeowners more clarity and gives closers a better framework for building confidence, setting expectations, and creating cleaner deals.

⚔️ #1 in install quality means you can sell knowing the experience after the signature matters just as much as the close.

⚔️ M1s with no clawbacks means when you earn it, you keep it.

⚔️ Optimus gives you transparency into your pay instead of leaving you wondering where your money stands.

And when you sit down with a homeowner, you’re backed by a company with an A+ BBB rating, 1,000+ Google reviews, and a 4.9 star rating.

Great closers will find a way to produce almost anywhere.

But put a great closer behind the right technology, leads, operations, reputation, and systems, and the ceiling changes.

You already know how to sell. Now get behind the right machine.
