It’s official 💙

I will officially be teaching barre at Studio 1 every Tuesday at 6:30 PM starting June 2nd.

For those that have never taken barre — expect low impact movements, high energy, full body shakes, and the kind of workout that leaves you feeling strong, confident, and sore in the best way possible. Think Pilates, strength training, balance, and cardio all wrapped into one class ✨

And of course… a playlist that’s going to make you want to move the second you walk in.
