Naomi Westbrook…a fearless and resilient woman. Two things were very true…she loves fighting and she loves her man and anyone or anything that threatened that was a problem she wasn’t willing to tolerate.

And even though there had to be a nemesis, what a joy it was to see black women kicking ass in hand to hand combat on screen. It isn’t something we get to see very often and we got a rare chance to layer that with the passion we carry for the people and things that mean the most to us.

THANK YOU so much to everyone who has watched HANDS. Your support, enthusiasm, and kind words about our film has made me smile so big.🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

l had a stroke.

I still dont believe it happened to me.
I eat well and I’m in great shape.
I feel so blessed and highly favored that I got the hospital in time. You have about a 4 hours to get to the hospital in time. Theses are the signs. B.E F.A.S.T

F-Face Drooping
A-Arm Weakness
S-Speech Difficultly
T-TIME to Call 911

No time is promised so dont wait until it too late to live. Stop stressing, and listen to your body.
