Come join us on a New Moon Weekend as we plant all the seeds to truly tap into listening to our intuition and helping it guide us to become the best version of ourselves.
This magical experience will surely bring you some inner peace and much needed rest to end the year of the fire horse with.
This chaotic energy we’ve been dealing with is energetically exhausting. There is no better way to come back to yourself than through self regulation. Let me help guide you through that at the Inner Glow Retreat.

⚠️ BREAKING NEWS! ⚠️

❗️ONLY 3 ROOMS LEFT❗️

Your CNS (Central Nervous System) is NOT meant to be on hyper drive. It is not meant to be flooded with news updates, deadlines and a hidden fear of failure or being “behind”. Fight or flight is not going to allow your system to thrive. You are NOT meant to be overstimulated with an abundance of information from the time you wake up, to the time you go to sleep. Let your mind wander without needing the phone. Let your soul explore what it feels like to deeply connect with itself in nature…
No alarm to wake up to, no scrambling to make breakfast or put on make up. Just softness. Slowing down at a pace your heart needs right now.
We create a calm, safe environment here without judgement, without expectations and without overload.
At the Inner Glow Retreat-Deeply exhale into knowing your truth and all you needed to do is show up, pause and listen. Your body, mind and soul don’t lie. It’s been telling you all along what it needs. Listen to that voice that tells you it’s time.
It’s time to choose you.

@jheitman21 and I saw @sleep_token in September. They were so good live! That is some ambitious music to perform live and there was just as much quality in the performance as on the album. They even brought out the sax player at the end of “Emergence.” 🤩🎷
.
I’m not great at taking pictures of myself or me with my friends, but I dooooo end up taking pictures of random stuff.
.
These pictures stood out to me because there were people around us who looked like they were having a real spiritual experience.
