It’s Railwork Wednesday class & our feet barely touch the ground 🪽

Practicing balancing & climbing on rail nourishes and fortifies your joints, while you become stronger and more coordinated. And this opens so many possibilities to enjoy life!!

You work on your fear, feel fireworks in your brain & belly, and all this makes your neurons connect faster in this unusual realm 🔥
It asks for so much presence that it might be my favorite active meditation ever - and might become yours as well!

Join my classes on Wednesdays at @movement__mexico to learn to move out of the floor ✨

Special thanks to my friend @jhf9999 for the time in Mexico. It’s been a whole month. Great memories. Very different way of living down here. Looking forward to returning for some future workshops, visits and possibly a retreat. Will see what we can get done.
