Excited to announce that we’re growing to make our Woburn location even better.

About 1 year ago Bando Performance launched Performance Physical Therapy in Wellesley MA and the response has been clear; people want the alternative to big corporate PT that leaves them feeling unsupported, frustrated and still in need long after being “discharged”.

Make no mistake, we have treated a ton of athletes over the past year. But we don’t call our services Performance Physical Therapy because it’s only for athletes. Our mission is to help meet the needs of the people who wanted to perform in their own way. Whether training for that half marathon, playing pickup hockey or basketball or just staying active and healthy, we are ALL looking to perform at our highest levels.

Now 1 year later, it’s time we complement our Bando Performance Woburn and CoachUp, Inc Training Center community by bringing Performance PT to 10 Micro Drive Woburn MA.

We are excited to connect with experienced providers about joining our team and subscribing to our mission to bring a different level of care to patient/clients/athletes in Greater Boston north of Boston. Please send all applications to BandoPT@bando-performance.com.

Pre Fatigue can be a great tool for results, ESPECIALLY if you’re short on time‼️

These are some movements Inspired by some sick programming from my friend and colleague @jhsportsperformance out of Bando Performance - Dedham.

Here is my take on NINE different movements that you can use with Pre Fatigue.

📋 O.Iso Split Lunge ➡️ Jumping Lunges
📋 Y.Iso Reverse Lunge ➡️ Reverse Lunges
📋 Y.Iso Goblet Squat ➡️ Cossack Sliding Lunge

📋 O.Iso SL HE Rack Push ➡️ SL Calve Raises
📋 Y.Iso SL BW Glute Bridge ➡️ SL BW Hip Thrusts
📋 Y.Iso Gob. Split Lunge ➡️ Skater Jumps w/Pause

📋 Y.Iso Ankle Pos. 1 ➡️ Reactive Pogo Hops
📋 Y.Iso 2DB Split Lunge ➡️ 2DB Walking Lunges
📋 Y.Iso 2DB Split Lunge ➡️ Deep Tier Jumping Lunges

Would Recommend:

3-8s on Pre.F into Plyometrics
5-20s on Pre.F into Strength Movements
5s-1min on Pre.F Calve Exercises depending on load

Everybody needs an edge.

Our Middle School athletes are focused on setting a foundation for the road ahead. Strength, speed, movement literacy, resilience.

To those who haven’t joined them yet, we have just one question….

What’s stopping you from reaching your potential?

Spring is where serious athletes separate themselves

At Bando Performance, our spring training is built for athletes who want to get ahead; not catch up.
⚡ Build real speed
💪 Develop strength the right way
🧠 Train with purpose before the season gets close

The athletes who improve the most don’t wait until summer.
