🎬 Dan the Man catches up with our 2nd AD, Andy Diep! @rbfo1999 🎬

At the @bravemakerorg Summer Series, Andy talked about his experience working on INITIATION — from helping handle the logistics behind the scenes to making sure our actors were taken care of throughout the shoot.

Then Dan @jigsaw2105 had to get the important question: what did he think of the trailer? 👀

Huge appreciation to Andy for helping keep things moving when we were on set.

🎥 Haven’t seen the trailer yet? It’s up on our page now.

🚨 Somebody broke the NDA... 🚨

Right after watching the INITIATION trailer at @bravemakerorg 's summer series, Brandon @brandon.medel — who worked on the film as both a PA and an extra — sat down with Dan "The Man" Rodriguez @jigsaw2105 to share his reaction.

And maybe shared a little more than he was supposed to. 😂🤐

Brandon was there behind the scenes helping us bring INITIATION to life, and now he’s excited to finally see how the finished film comes together.

Haven’t seen the trailer yet? 🎬 It’s up now on @initiationshortfilm 👀

This past weekend, I received a wonderful opportunity to work on a short film by @bravemakerorg called Wingman. It was such a amazing and exponentially fun experience. I learned even more about being on set with a multitude of actors/creators and what it takes to put all of that together efficiently. I met so many more incredible human beings who are featured within this reel. It was my pleasure and honor to be there, and I wouldn't trade that day for any other. #acting #setlife #creator #party #scene

As the weekend approaches, it feels strange not to have our usual check-ins — touching base with @itsjessereale about whether we’re cleared for a location, running through the shot list with @jpemodi, talking through Jay’s motivations with @cinepresto, and having all those conversations with the many artists who came together to make Initiation the best it could possibly be.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this 13-page script to life. A film set is truly a magical place to be, and we hope you’ll feel a bit of that magic when Initiation is ready to be seen.

They say a film is made three times: first when you write it, then when you shoot it, and finally when you edit it.

Now… onto the edit.

We’ve still got another weekend ahead of us, but so far it’s been all heart, hard work, and genuinely good vibes. Grateful for this team.
