Seared Ahi Tuna & Holiday Sweet Finish 🍣✨

Tonight’s menu is all about bold flavors and festive vibes:
• Ahi tuna, brushed with aged soy, aged balsamic, garlic, sesame oil, and lightly seasoned with cracked salt and pepper. Crusted with roasted white and black sesame seeds, then seared to perfection.
• Unexpected sides? Fresh grapefruit slices, Cheetos for crunch, and a Tito’s vodka cocktail with grapefruit juice and a salted lime rim. 🍸
• And to wrap it all up? Sautéed lemon poundcake, topped with homemade blueberry reduction, a sprinkle of lemon zest, and a dusting of powdered sugar. 🍋🫐

The perfect blend of savory, sweet, and festive for the holiday season.
