Gratitude post❤️

I’ve been so blessed by the Lord to have such amazing people and opportunities in my life. A family filled with so much love, friends hitting new milestones (bestie is engaged🥹), a coach and team that support one another. I’m healthy and able bodied. It is truly a gift to be able to move my body and I will never take that for granted. I love my job and feel I’m making a difference every day. I feel grateful to be able to afford healthy food, a roof over my head, and the sport I love. Thank you to everyone in my life that continues to support me and cheer me on. Every day I get the opportunity to wake up and be my best, all thanks for God.

An incredible day supporting runners at the Cleveland Marathon! 🏁

Thank you to all of our volunteers who spent yesterday helping care for runners at the Cleveland Marathon! It was an amazing opportunity to be involved in event medicine and collaborate with so many different healthcare providers while supporting athletes throughout race day. Congratulations to all of the runners! 🏃🥇🏃‍♀️
