Jillian is well on her way to the nursing program at LR and that's an amazing achievement. She always has the prettiest smile on her face no matter what is going on. Her love for Jesus shines very very bright. You truly will never meet a sweeter individual! She is simply the best and she will do amazing things!

Something is always so special about these church retreats. The thing that came to mind on the last day of this adventure was how thankful I am for the opportunity to be a worship leader. I am a bitter, angry, and sometimes prideful person. But Jesus still chose me and allowed me to lead worship. My senior year in Pursuit Students was so special. The relationships I built, the small groups, etc. But WORSHIP is truly what I am meant for. I believe I was put on this earth to worship. To use my God-given talents to glorify the Father. The last session of this retreat, I thought to myself “Jesus, why did you choose me.” Because the truth is, I am no better than anyone. I have struggles that I deal with daily and I am a sinner. But it brings me to tears knowing that Jesus still died to save me. He died for ME. He died for YOU. He has given me the opportunity to bring other people to Him. It is beautiful that he gives us a choice to live for him. If you haven’t taken that step to live your life for Christ, I strongly suggest it. Jesus died to save you. So that you can have a chance to live your life for Him. The least we can do is live for Him. He loves you. He cherishes you. You are never too far gone. Give your life to Jesus. His arms are open wide.

Had the best time with the best people worshipping our amazing creator. Truly cannot thank @pursuit_church @pursuit.students enough for this amazing retreat. This was a great reminder and a great way to get me back up on my feet and rebuild the endurance I need to run this race called life the way God wants me to. ✝️🤍 ““I am the vine; you are the branches.
