Getting family photos back seemed like as good of a time as ever to do a lil intro post. I’ve been photographing weddings for fifteen years and my love for this work has never waned. Since becoming a mother, I cherish it even more. I’m still finding my footing since returning to work a few months ago; I’m sure I’ll be seeking some kind of balance for years to come. I’m grateful for every single moment with my daughter and family, and also grateful for every family and couple who invites me into their story. Whether you’re newly acquainted with my work or have been following along since the Dutch angles and Totally Rad Actions days, I’m so honored that you’re here 💛

Our lives changed a lot in the last year, Tim’s more than anyone’s. Not only did we move and have a baby, but he changed jobs so that he could be home more and we could have more of an even split with childcare. We are all grateful for the extra time with him, and watching him care for a newborn again has been so sweet. His support has made this shift to two children feel a lot more seamless than I expected. Tim, I am so glad to be with someone who prioritizes caring for his family and friends more than anything. The example you are setting for our children is beautiful. Happy birthday!
