“Rick meets his students exactly where they’re at and understands what each individual needs to progress. He teaches a clear framework with tools to develop the craft without overwhelm, over-thinking or over-acting. He’s shown me exactly where to channel my effort within the preparation process, and then how to let go of that effort and trust my instinct in the moment.” @jilliethekid

Thank you to the incredibly talented Jillian for your kind words. Working with you has been a pleasure and watching you grow as an artist/actress has been such a privilege and joy to see! Keep crushing it! 🤞🏻

"The clothing we wear represents so much more than just an aesthetic—it’s an expression of who we are as unique individuals. This expression is particularly important when it comes to our movement—when we feel comfortable and grounded in who we are, we’re in a better place to connect with our bodies."

May is mental health awareness month, and there is nothing that is more relevant to the work we do here in our community. We take a holistic approach to health & wellness--which means mental, physical, social, and emotional health all take equal importance when we consider what it means to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

We want to help normalize conversations about mental health and contribute to erasing the stigma that too often surrounds mental struggles. Every human being, no matter how privileged or fortunate, is hit with life's storms, and we hope to be a safe space for others to recover from these common battles.

Sending encouragement to anyone struggling mentally today--we are here to support you on your wellness journey with compassion and not judgement.

What ways do you take care of yourself on tough mental days? Meditation, longs walks, calls with friends? We want to hear!
