Meet Kristin Mrnustik, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, owner, lead provider, and MOST importantly, the heart behind Oak Wellness 🌿

Kristin believes wellness should be personal. Her care starts with getting to know you: your goals, your energy, and what your body actually needs.

Here’s how it works:
✨ Wellness Launch: a one-on-one consultation where Kristin builds a plan around you
📅 Follow-ups about every 4 weeks to track your progress and adjust as you go

You can see her in person at our office inside Pursuit Physical Therapy in Argyle. @pursuitntx
