This Friday, March 7th is •Employee Appreciation Day•

Each day this week I will show some much deserved love and appreciation to two of my girls, working my way down from “oldest” to “newest”.
Mama Rae’s would not be the success it is today without God and an incredible team behind me working hard, encouraging me, praying for me and our small business and giving their very best to you!

Our staff is comprised of teenagers with school assignment deadlines, homework, sports obligations, band practices, church and youth group functions, families, friends, worries, small problems, big problems…and through it all, they come into this tiny (chaotic) building, put on a smile and WORK.

You may (not) be surprised to know that working for Mama Rae isn’t all sunshine and roses. My expectations are high and somehow my staff manages to meet them despite my adhd style of business ownership.

So *THANK YOU* to my team, past and present, for being with me in this journey!
I love you.
