🧘🏽‍♀️ Child’s Pose ~ Balasana 🧘🏼‍♂️

💫 Potential Benefits from this posture include:
✨ Relaxing the body and the mind by opening the hips, allowing the body to rest in an active or restorative position, stretching the spine, back muscles, thighs, hips and ankles. 🌟This pose may help in blood circulation, as well as, can aid in digestion by applying light compression to the belly as it rests on the thighs or a tool such as a block or cushion.
💫 When the mind and body relaxes, tension can be released through out the back, hamstrings, shoulders and chest.
