It's #NationalBossDay and we're feeling particularly thankful for ours here at RBHQ. 2020 hasn't been easy, but the #RareBirdFlock is incredibly appreciative for leaders who continue to meet every new challenge with wisdom, integrity, and flexibility. From personal check-ins and surprise snack deliveries (🎉), to steadfast purpose and comedic relief exactly when needed, we just want to say as loud as the internet allows: THANK YOU.

Celebrating 25 years of friendship via 90 holes of golf, a couple beers and lots of story telling! #fookarwie

On this National Boss Day, we'd like to thank our boss(es) for speaking our Love Language: food + drink! From sweets to sushi to Sun King, we appreciate all the fuel provided to the Flock (and many more appreciations beyond these, but apparently we only take pictures of food) What do you love about your boss?? #nationalbossday #feedtheflock #workfuel

It’s our LAST Meet the Flock Friday! And today we meet Jim, RB President and CEO. In his younger years he dreamed of someday owning the world’s largest beer can collection, but when he realized that wasn’t a job, he (reluctantly) pivoted. He became a marketing man instead, eventually co-founding Rare Bird back in 1998. Now he spends his days strategizing with clients and keeping all the Birds busy, happy, and productive.
Fastest way to sum him up? A forward-moving, deep-thinking, golf-playing, dog-doting, Scotch-drinking, curiosity-following husband and father of four. (There’s still time to start on the beer can collection, @jimcota. Don’t give up on your dreams)

Some of the @rarebirdinc crew road tripped to Attica, IN on this beautiful Thursday! We loved getting the full tour of Harrison Steel (and we REALLY loved the tenderloin sandwiches we found afterwards!) .

Had such an amazing time volunteering with @indyhabitat on Laura’s beautiful home. We loved giving back to our community and were able to pick up a few new skills along the way!

Some of the greatest things a father can give his children are roots and wings. A safe and comforting place to launch from, and the tools to fly into a bright future. Happy #fathersday to all our RB dads and all the father figures who do the same, today and everyday! #wings
