Baseball is just one of those games. The blood, sweat, tears and hours of time together is what creates bonds that stand the rest of time and make us family. Love it when our Warrior boys and parents see each other at High School games throughout the State. #family #playing4kamu #playing4paka

RMSB UTAH SUMMER GAMES 2022 Back on June 16th - 18th, our 14U Warrior BATI boys traveled back to Cedar City to compete in the 2022 Utah Summer Games and tried to repeat as Gold Medal champions. Day 1, the boys came out swinging the sticks going 2-0 while scoring 23 runs. Day 2, the bats continued to scorch the baseball as we went 2-0 and scored another 16 runs. That afternoon, we had the privilege of exploring the hometown of the Orton family and they took us to a local spot called “2000 Flushes” where the parents and boys hiked down and the boys cooled off with a nice swim. Disclaimer: All vehicles made the trip down…maybe one struggled to make it back up…IFYKYK 😂😂😂 On Day 3, in the Gold Medal game, we faced off against @cbasummit2026. CBA Summit has always been a rival of ours, but they have always been a class act. We love sharing the field with them. Every single time. The boys battled, but ended up coming up a little short, securing the Silver Medal. Huge congratulations to @cba_summit for bringing home the Gold. This tournament also brought a lot of heartfelt emotion for our Warriors family. First, because we wanted to bring home the gold once again for Paka Pula and Kamu Weingarten. Two men, who passed too soon and who were everything to our Warrior Family. Second, we came to the realization that this was one of the last few tournaments we would play together as a team. Tears were shed, gratitude felt and so much love for this amazing Warrior family. Warriors and family for Life! Thank you @UtahSummerGames and @RMSB for another great tournament. #Playing4Kamu #Playing4Paka photocred: Katie Miller
