Fruit is better than cake (has been my personal take).
And it’s important.

From a poem by Czeslaw Milosz (and the title of my solo show at Albertz Benda in NYC): “To put at the edge of the abyss a table, and on the table a glass, a pitcher, and two apples” —-
Fruit in the face of impossible things — an act of simple, stubborn humanity in the face of catastrophe.

A bowl of fruit is an anchor.

London has been a whirlwind of experiences, colours, people, love, and art everywhere you look.

Huge thanks to @artcircles_ for inviting me to the second edition of their artist residency programme in London, @artcircles_residence , via @plaartagency . If you want to be part of a network that keeps you connected to everything happening in the city, make sure to follow their work at @artcicles.

A special and heartfelt thanks to @elisabetpla for recommending me for this project and for constantly encouraging me to push my boundaries.

New calls for applications will be opening soon, so keep an eye out.

London, I’ll be back soon, I promise
