#GouNews: HAMBURG-BASED DJ/PRODUCER JAMEK ORTEGA TO HEADLINE JINGO AT CAIRO JAZZ CLUB DECEMBER 26TH.

Hamburg-based DJ and producer Jamek Ortega lands in the capital to headline Jingo at Cairo Jazz Club on December 26th. Known for his finely tuned dancefloor sensibility, Ortega’s debut in Cairo marks another strong booking for the homegrown party series.

Holding down the closing duties is Ziad Mousa, Jingo’s resident DJ and co-founder, whose deep understanding of the crowd and carefully curated sound has become a defining element of the Jingo experience. With his signature blend of house and Afro-house, Mousa is set to take the night through its final, most intimate hours.

Opening the night is Jojo, one of the scene’s rising selectors, stepping in for the warm-up slot. Tasked with setting the tone, Jojo’s early set will ease the room into the night’s journey before handing over to the headline act.

With an international headliner, trusted residents, and a new generation of talent sharing the booth, Jingo’s December 26th edition at Cairo Jazz Club promises a tightly programmed night rooted in quality sound and dancefloor connection.

Tickets are available via TicketsMarche.com.

“A Ruthless Set.”

That’s how someone described it to me after closing.
You could tell from the intro (slide 1) exactly how I felt closing down @jingo.exp sold-out first night at one of Egypt’s top clubs with Berlin-based @ju.nomusic & the lovely @heyd_music 🔴

Grateful for everyone who showed up and stayed with me until 4:30AM.

You can relive the set through the link in my bio.

#GouNews: Last night, Jingo made its debut collaboration with Cairo Jazz Club, delivering a sold-out show headlined by German DJ and producer Juno, with support from Jingo co-founder Ziad Mousa and Hey-D. The night saw flawless transitions from warm-up to peak-time energy, as Juno’s Afro-house selections took over a packed dancefloor. Jingo’s first appearance at CJC set the tone for more forward-thinking nights to come.
