STRONG is the new SEXY 💪 💅
Strong MIND.
Strong BODY.
Strong SPIRIT.

Sexy isn’t a look. It’s confidence. It’s freedom. It’s feeling comfortable in our own skin.

These photos from our Femme class in May are a reminder of what happens when we have a space to express ourselves and own who we are. That’s the magic of finding your fierce from within.

So, what makes YOU feel sexy?

Like fashion, art or music, dance is another way to express ourselves.

Just thinking back to the Mystery Pop class back in May featuring @saythename_17.

FOR THE LOVE OF DANCE. There is something out there for everyone. Whether it’s hip hop, ballet or musical theatre, we love seeing the dance community here on Guam expand. Wherever and whenever you dance, we hope you find joy, freedom and confidence!

This collection of photos is from a Feb barre series. Thank you for dancing with us!

On Sunday, we hosted our first-ever double class, with class two leaning into a playful lyrical jazz feel. We shifted gears with Mika’s Grace Kelly, full of musical charm and character.

This class really let personalities shine through the movement, especially with a “choose your own adventure” ending. 🚪 (iykyk)

This is what January is about: showing up, trying something new, and finding your rhythm again.

Thank you to everyone who danced with us on day one. We’re just getting started!

More classes are happening in January. Visit the link in our bio to register.

The ultimate collab in 2025 ❤️💍

Thank you to the best partner I could ask for in life.

You uplift me, are there through life’s challenges, and we choose to be together through both the good and bad.

To my Player 2, best friend, camera woman, and travel partner. I love to like you!

Let’s go see many sunsets together ☀️❤️
